The SQL team have come up with an amended sp_MSdbuseraccess that only runs in the databases a use has access to, so for hosting services and other situations where many databases exist but a user only has access to a few this will increase their performance in EM

Run SQL Profiler as non-admin

So you can't wait until Yukon and your developers want profiler access but you don't want to give them sysadmin access. The options available are detailed in the following post,

SQL 2005 Profiler and windows 2003

Not sure if this will still apply to Feb CTP but for December at least running profiler on a windows 2003 server machine may hang. This is due to digitally signed apps.
