I have a co-worker who I'm blessed to also call friend. Despite our differences, we've managed to connect on a number of levels. While I just flat out like him for his wit and attitude, I also respect his skills and his character. It is hard to find a man with both his convictions and positive outlook is the face of adversity.
My friend's personal life is going through a very rough patch right now, but you don't hear him getting down on himself or others for his troubles. Rather, he seems to be taking strength from his strengths: his faith and his character. Evidence? His current IM display name is Psalm 51:10-12. I had to look that one up.
