Nighttime in the Switching Yard

Okay, everybody knows I'm a Warren Zevon fan. The title of this post came from a track his 1978 album "Excitable Boy." Not the best song on that album, but not the worst either. Had a chance to snap these photos last night just as the sun finally broke through the rainstorm. We were out by the switch yard in Lincoln. Had the music and lyrics to the song, but the face and words of Jack Kerouac in my head when taking them.

I wonder if Warren ever met Jack, and what that conversation would have been like...

Line of the day: I spent part of the night reorienting an ancient woman to our conceptual framework. She thought she was home, I thought we were in a Coronary Care Unit. I felt the weight of evidence supported my position, she rebutted and wanted a second opinion.

Post of the day: Our communtiy adds the C to the VS 2005 CTP

Honorable fortune cookie say: ROM wasn't built in a day.
