Yakisoba + Kent + Luke == Yukon Ideas
Luke Schollmeyer is another former HDRite. He wanted to have lunch -- specifiically Sushi Ichibahn -- so we went. They make pretty good Yakisoba, afterall. Apparently even Janell's boss agrees as he was there having a big plate of it too.
Luke and I talked about the sad state of things SQL Server in Omaha and what we might do about that. I think we agreed that we would try to pull together a group of folks who are interested in Yukon as a mutual learning and aid society. It at least seems like a good idea. If you're interested in learning more, please leave a comment here or drop me an e-mail.
We also talked about where the CLR bits really do fit into the business model today. I've got an action item to find and point out the materials on that. If you are really interested in that space, a quick visit to CLRSQL.COM
We also talked about an idea of my how an intersection of what I understand of the Semantic Web, Knowledge Management and self-validating information is. More on that later. Much later.
