SQL Junkies bologne

SQL Junkies recently moved to Community Server, but they seem to have forgotten to hook up the moderation and comment approval apparatus, and there is no end in sight.

I'm the kind of guy that gives people, technology and organizations the benefit of the doubt. But SQL Junkies is really mucking things up and I'm really getting fed up with it. I'm _this_ far from jumping ship. I have an MSDN blog here.

http://blogs.msdn.com/knight_reign/default.aspx  As you can see, if you go there, I have no content there yet. I've put a lot of work into this blog over the last few months and would really not have to move, but, what the hay...

In the mean time here are some comments from the approval page that won't go through. I'm just adding them here so folks know I'm not ignoring comments, I simply am not able to approve them. I've turned off comment moderation for now so annonymous comments are available, but then, that's how we got down this road in the first place, right? Tell me, how are we better today then we were back in the .Text days. Oh well, here are the badly formatted comments I cannot seem to approve.

Blimey, I had half a Gig's worth of stuff in the setup log folder. Thanks Kirk. http://blogs.conchango.com/jamiethomson

Hi Kirk, I've quoted your blog and the Declaration of Independence at my blog... Wishing you & you family will have a safe & happy July 4th! John No Anonymous 07-04-2005, 6:57 PM http://spaces.msn.com/members/jtkane/Blog/cns!1pWDBCiDX1uvH5ATJmNCVLPQ!463.entry

Very cool, Kirk. This is the kind of inspirational reading that should be reviewed more than once a year. But, annually is better than never! No Anonymous 07-04-2005, 3:40 AM http://spaces.msn.com/members/owenall

Did you say "get to go see other speakers"! Now I'm hurt since you didn't show up at my session! :) No Anonymous 06-24-2005, 4:04 PM http://solidqualitylearning.com/blogs/rushabh/

Kirk, is this really true? We have some installations of IDW15 now and don't see any problem with enumerating packages like I did in IDW13... However when I look into the protocols of the server and search for certificates I don't see any... So there seams to be no certificate but it's still working! Hiya Kirk, Is ContainerStartTime in there? (You were probably anticipating this question :) And I'm right that property expressions in the pipeline are in there right? A blog post with a list of all the changes would be great - any chance? Transfer tasks - will this allow us to transfer a table from an Access database to a SQL Server database? Can wee rename it on the way? This is in regard to a problem a guy was having on the beta NGs for which there is no current workaround.
