Select All option missing for multi value parameters after SQL 2005 SP1

Not sure if someone has spread the word on this or not but in case you haven’t seen it here’s a heads up.
In short the RS team decided to remove the Select All option for multi value parameters. They have since realized that was a mistake. They will be adding it back in SP2 but if you need it for a client before then there is a patch you can get from MS Support Services.
