Axosoft OnTime 2005
Axosoft, makers of the OnTime 2005 Bug Tracking Software built entirely with .NET, is having a nice promotion. Even though they have long made single user licenses of OnTime available for free, you can expand it into a two-user license by blogging about it.
I’ve used it for a year or two and am quite pleased with it. It has a variety of nice features for keeping track of bugs and enhancement requests, and has proven to be as customizable as I need it. It comes in three client flavors: Windows client, Web client, and VS.NET add-in. I favor the Windows client, but only because VS is cluttered enough with add-ins.
On top of everything else, they have smart marketing people. This kind of promotion will get them higher in the Google ratings and spread the word, without being too in your face.
So, yes, this is my blog entry in which I grovel for the second license. But I really do use and like the product.
