Whitepaper on XM December CTP

In case you missed it, it's available at http://download.microsoft.com/download/4/3/9/439A85F7-386C-44E0-A610-AC3BA1D2E2E2/XMDecemberCTPWhitePaper.doc. It runs through the install requirements and some of the basic tasks you'd want to be able to do. Wanted to point it out, since it isn't published on MSDN (since it is focused on the CTP, it is ephemeral and doesn't go into the library) and can easily be overlooked.
